PILATES PRENATAL

Experience increased well-being during your pregnancy and get in the best possible shape for the birth at our prenatal pilates course.

It is important that you move your body – but don’t forget that as a pregnant woman you are getting to know a “new body” and all steps in the process must be based on a `beginner’s mindset”.

Through pregnancy, it can feel like the body changes from month to month. It should feel nice to be in your body during your pregnancy – and you should like your body, even when it changes naturally along the way. We guide you and have your back so you get the most out of the training.

CLOSED CLASS OVER 8 WEEKS

Pilates Prenatal is a small course with up to 10 participants. The course is adapted to the changing body and mind. Pilates training and breathing awareness are great tools to have with you at the birth and give you well-being throughout the pregnancy. Pilates both strengthens and makes your body flexible, and when added with a good dose of mindfulness, you create a wonderful balance in body and soul.

As the course is small, you get time for individual guidance. Everyone can participate, and everyone can benefit greatly from the training.

THROUGHOUT THE 8 WEEKS THERE WILL BE A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON:

  • Stability and strength of back, shoulders, pelvis and feet.
  • Pelvic floor exercises, both integrated throughout different exercise and on its own.
  • Vein pumping exercises.

If you choose to participate in our prenatal classes, you are well prepared for the little new life that is on its way.
