“ In the autumn of 2024, I was recommended major back surgery due to severe spondylisthesis and spinal stenosis, which gave me severe nerve pain and sensory disturbances in both legs and feet. After many years of incorrect posture and associated back problems, I have tried to go to different gymnastics/exercise classes - but have never lasted more than 3-4 times.
