Sales and membership terms at Pilates Søborg
§Section 1 Membership
A membership is personal and may not be used by others. In case of doubt, Pilates Søborg may ask for identification.
Changes to personal information (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number) must be notified to Pilates Søborg. Payment card information must be maintained in the booking system, cf. §9 and §10.
§2 Change in membership terms and conditions
Pilates Søborg can change the membership terms and conditions with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated via email and/or notices in the centre.
§3 Duration of membership
Ongoing membership/monthly membership (via payment agreement) continues until cancelled, cf. §4.
The voucher/cash membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and automatically expires when the period or vouchers expire. No full or partial refunds are given.
A closed programme consists of a fixed number of training sessions (typically 8 times) and is paid in advance. The programme is personal and cannot be cancelled, suspended or refunded.
§Section 4 Termination
Cash memberships/clip cards cannot be cancelled before expiry.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with current month + 1 month's notice. Cancellation must be made via email to support@pilatessoborg.dk and is only valid once you have received a confirmation.
A monthly membership cannot be cancelled during a standby period.
Closed courses cannot be cancelled as they are time-limited and prepaid.
§5 Price changes
Pilates Søborg reserves the right to make price changes. These will be announced no later than 45 days before they come into effect via e-mail to members and notices in the centre.
§Section 6 Attendance
You must arrive for your class no later than 5 minutes before the class starts. You must always book your place via our online booking system.
If you arrive after the start of the class, we are unfortunately unable to grant access and the class will be registered as a no-show.
§7 Cancellation
Class cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the start of the class via the booking system. Class cancellations cannot be made by email or phone.
Late cancellations cost one discount (discount card) or a fee of DKK 50 (monthly membership), which is deducted automatically.
Cancellations for one-to-one lessons and private classes must be made via email at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
For closed courses, no refunds or compensation will be given, regardless of when a cancellation is reported.
§8 Valuables
Small valuables can be brought into the classroom or placed in a locked locker. Pilates Søborg cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to property.
§Section 9 Responsibility
All training is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to be in good enough health to participate in the training.
Pilates Søborg cannot be held liable for personal injury, cf. Danish tort law.
§10 Dependence on monthly membership
A monthly membership can be suspended for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 months - up to twice a year.
Message should be sent to support@pilatessoborg.dk no later than 7 days before the 1st of the month in which the standby period is to commence.
§11 Holdudbud
Pilates Søborg may change the number and range of classes on an ongoing basis. With less than 3 registered participants, a class can be cancelled with at least 8 hours notice.
§Section 12 Right of cancellation
For online purchases, you generally have a 14-day right of cancellation.
If you choose a start date within the 14 days, the right of cancellation expires on the start date.
§13 Receipt
Receipt will be sent to the email address you provide when registering. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct.
§14 Subscription payment
For a membership to be charged via credit card, the card must be active and able to complete online transactions.
§15 Updating map data
It is your responsibility to ensure that card details are always correct. Failure to update may result in Pilates Søborg deactivating the membership.
You can update card data yourself via the booking system.
§Section 16 Behaviour and membership
As a member, you are expected to show consideration for both instructors and other members and to follow the practical rules for using the centre.
In case of gross or repeated disregard of the rules, Pilates Søborg may terminate the membership.
