Lower back pain when doing Shoulder Bridge / Glute Bridge?

Does your lower back hurt when doing Shoulder Bridge / Glute Bridge?
 
Maybe it's because the buttocks aren't working at all...
and that you instead sway and push yourself up from the lower back.
