Membership rules at Pilates CPH

§Section 1 Membership
A membership is personal and may not be used by others. In case of doubt, Pilates Cph may ask to see identification. Changes to personal data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, bank account must be notified to Pilates Cph.

§2 Membership conditions
Pilates Cph can change the membership conditions with 30 days' notice. In case of change, these will be posted in the centre.

§3 Duration/Membership
A DIBS agreement is an ongoing membership that continues until it is cancelled by one of the parties in accordance with section 4. A cash membership/clip card cannot be cancelled, but ends automatically after 12 months when the period paid for expires. For whatever reason, prepaid cash memberships will not be refunded in whole or in part.

§Section 4 Termination
Cash membership cannot be cancelled during the agreed period.
The cancellation period for monthly memberships (PBS or DIBS) is current month + 1 month. The cancellation must be made via e-mail to Pilates Cph at info@pilatescph.dk, and is only valid once you have received a confirmation email.
A monthly membership cannot be cancelled during a standby period.

§5 Price changes
Pilates Cph reserves the right to make price changes. Such changes will be announced by posting in the centre and by e-mail (to members who have provided an e-mail address) no later than 45 days before the price changes come into effect.

§Section 6 Registration of attendance
Attendance is required no later than five minutes before the class starts. Remember that you must pre-register for classes so that the instructor can register your attendance. If you arrive late, we will unfortunately not be able to check you in and you will receive a no-show fee. Therefore, make sure you are in the hall at the start of the class.

§7 Cancellation
In case of cancellation of class training at Pilates Cph, this must be done via booking no later than 12 hours before class start, otherwise it will cost a penalty for cash membership, or DKK 65 for monthly membership.
Cancellations for private lessons or duet lessons must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations for any reason will be charged in full.

§8 Valuables
Valuables are welcome in the classroom itself, as Pilates Cph does not guarantee against loss due to theft or property damage.

§Section 9 Responsibility
All training is at your own risk. As a member of Pilates Cph, you are responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation. Pilates Cph accepts no liability for personal injury resulting from accidents at the centre. Otherwise, Danish tort law is followed in this area.

§10 Bero
It is possible to suspend a monthly membership for min. two weeks, max. 6 months - up to twice a year. Notification of suspension must be sent by email before the 1st of the month to be suspended.

§11 Holdudbud
Pilates Cph has the right to continuously change the number of classes offered. The number of classes depends on the number of members.
With less than three participants, classes can be cancelled by Pilates Cph with eight hours notice.

§Section 12 Right of cancellation
When purchasing over the Internet, you generally have a 14-day right of cancellation. However, if you choose a start date that is within 14 days, the right of cancellation expires on the start date.

§13 Receipt
The receipt for the purchase will be sent to the e-mail address entered. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information entered is correct.

§14 Criteria for subscription features
The payment card must be active and it must be possible to complete a transaction on the subscription amount. The payment card used for subscription transactions must be able to make transactions via the Internet.

§15 Updating map data
Card data can be updated by logging into the online booking and selecting “My profile” - “My membership” - “Change/add payment card”. By contacting Pilates Cph, card details can be renewed or deleted. The customer is at all times responsible for ensuring that the card data is correct. If this is not complied with, Pilates Cph may deactivate/terminate the membership without notice.

However, we can inform you that we will emphasise the relevance of retaining your personal data when determining how long your data will be stored.
