Reformer / Tower hold

Get personalised guidance and challenges with Pilates Reformer and Tower.

Our Reformer/Tower classes have a maximum of 4 participants, making the workout personalised and effective for you. Reformer and Tower Unit Pilates effectively trains your muscles and restores your mobility by giving you exactly the resistance your body needs.

Your instructor will be there to spot you and ensure you get the most optimal training. All classes are taught with non-slip socks, you are welcome to bring your own or you can buy them in the studio.

If you have specific problems or injuries, we recommend that you start with private lessons.

Our Reformer/tower levels

If you're not used to practising Pilates at a refomer, start with a private class so we can introduce you to our principles.

Reformer / Tower - Base

For those who are new to the classes or if you want the pace not to be too fast and the difficulty of the exercises not too difficult. Knowledge of Pilates principles is a must, so it would be an advantage if you have taken our Intro to Reformer/Tower, been in a class or taken private lessons before you start. The classes can be booked freely by anyone who has purchased Reformer/Tower classes.

Reformer / Tower - Open

For those who are used to training on the Reformer / Tower classes. You know the exercises and like to be challenged on both technique and flow. Knowledge of Pilates principles is a must, so it would be an advantage if you have trained in our Basi class first The classes can be booked freely by anyone who has purchased a Reformer/Tower class.

Once you have purchased clips for Reformer / Tower you can sign up for the class. There is a maximum of 4 participants in a class.
