Reformer / Tower hold

Reformer/Tower class with a maximum of four participants

Quality over quantity has always been part of the Pilates philosophy. When Joseph Pilates developed the method, he worked with a few people at a time so that he could observe, correct, and guide each individual. We adhere to that philosophy. Therefore, there are a maximum of four participants on our Reformer/Tower classes. This ensures that your instructor has time to observe you, adapt the exercises, and apply manual guidance when needed.

The training takes place primarily on the Reformer and Tower, but we also incorporate the Chair, Barrels, and smaller Pilates equipment when it makes sense. The equipment is used to support, challenge, and vary the exercises, so that the training can be tailored to you. Two sessions are never the same.

Are you new to Pilates and haven't trained on the Reformer/Tower before? Then we recommend that you start with our starter package. Read more here

If you have an injury or challenges that require special consideration, we recommend that you start with a private session. Read more here.

At Pilates Cph, I've got the strength back in my back and my abdominal muscles. It was here that I learned that Pilates is not a form of acrobatics, but a holistic understanding of body and mind, so that I can live in the same body for as long as possible.

At Pilates Cph, I have gained new tools to work with my mobility and have reconnected with muscles that had otherwise retired early. I experience an enormous focus on details that helps me perform movements that previously felt impossible. The pain now only occurs when I forget to listen to Gitte's advice about taking things slow. And it's difficult, because now I believe in the...”
