PILATES FOR MEN

Pilates is a targeted and effective training system developed by a man - for men.

Many of the world's leading athletes use Pilates training as a regular part of their training because it develops stability, flexibility and body control.
Many men experience stiffness in the back and hips, tension in the neck and shoulders and a body that starts to compensate.
We work with precision and quality of movement to help you build strength and mobility in a way that makes sense both in everyday life and in sport.

Training takes place in small classes with a maximum of 10 participants, so you get precise and personalised guidance.
We use different equipment, including springboards (wall-mounted reformer), to create variety and targeted loading.
We train without music so you can concentrate on the quality of the movements.

If you have long-term or recurring pain, a major injury or challenges that require special attention, we recommend that you start with individual private classes. Here you'll build a solid foundation and a clear understanding of your body before moving on to a class. Read more about it here.

Pilates for men levels

BEGINNER

The class is for those who are new to Pilates and want quality in their training.

 

REHEARSED

Participation in this class requires a reasonable confidence in our Pilates principles - and “language”. These are tough classes that build full body strength, flexibility and challenge your endurance. We vary the classes with plenty of props to challenge you at your level.
