The training targets the most common causes of body issues for many men, including body stiffness and challenged mobility.
In addition, men often have strong arms and legs, while the deep muscles of the spine and abdomen are not always strong enough. Your specific needs will be identified by our skilled trainer based on a solid knowledge of injuries and anatomy. You'll quickly see results from the training and you can rest assured that the atmosphere is good. All training is done with non-slip socks, you are welcome to bring your own or you can buy them in the studio.

The class is for those who are new to Pilates and want quality in their training.
REHEARSED
Participation in this class requires a reasonable confidence in our Pilates principles - and “language”. These are tough classes that build full body strength, flexibility and challenge your endurance. We vary the classes with plenty of props to challenge you at your level.
