Pilates in class
We offer training at all levels so you can start exactly where you are
Are you a beginner or have you been practising Pilates for many years? We have classes to match your level. Regardless of class type, you can expect to be challenged on strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Common stiffness, tension and minor aches and pains in the body are exactly what we work on in the classes.
We combine the best of classical and modern Pilates and train the whole body in every class. You'll leave stronger, more mobile and with better posture.
We use a variety of equipment including Springboards, Barrels, Magic Circles, foam rolls, balls, blocks, elastics and weights so we can work in depth and vary the load.
There is a maximum of 10 participants in a class. This ensures that you get precise and personalised guidance.
Classes take place without music, so full attention is paid to technique, breathing and quality of movement.
If you have an injury or challenges that require special consideration, we recommend you start with personalised training. Read more about it here.
Class cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the start.

We offer pilates at ALL levels
Basic
Classes are for everyone
In our Basic class, you'll learn the basic Pilates principles and gain a good awareness of your body's strengths and where to focus your efforts. We recommend that you stay at the Basic level until you feel confident with our principles, recognise the exercises and our Pilates “language”. In Basic classes, you'll learn how to use your body in the most appropriate way and you'll be prepared for our more challenging classes. It's a good idea to return to Basic from time to time, as these classes are particularly thorough.
Basic Matwork: A class where we teach you the important details that make all the difference so you can train properly and get strong in all those hard-to-reach muscles. Basic Matwork is varied and is usually spiced up with a lot of small training equipment (props). That way, you're always challenged and get a full body workout.
Basic Springboard: One where your strength is challenged using the springs on our Springboards. The pace is slow enough for everyone to keep up. The exercises are simple and effective, and it's easy to achieve good training results.
Open
Classes are for intermediate learners
In our Open classes, the level is adapted and varied according to the participants. Participation in this class requires a reasonable confidence in our Pilates principles - and “language”. We vary the classes with plenty of props to challenge you at your level.
Pilates Stretch
Classes are for everyone
A stretching and immersion class that combines the best of pilates and yoga. The class takes place in a calm flow, moving and stretching you deeply.
Intermediate / Advanced
Classes are for advanced learners
A dynamic and technically challenging class. The classes are for you if you are used to Pilates and have a firm grasp of our Pilates principles. You know all the exercises and just want to be challenged even more. No individual considerations are taken into account.
Intermediate
Classes are for advanced learners
Our Intermediate classes are dynamic and technically challenging. They are harder classes that build full body strength, flexibility and challenge your endurance. Intermediate classes are for those who are used to practising Pilates and have a good grasp of our Pilates principles and “language”.
Classes require a thorough knowledge of Pilates. Individual considerations are not taken into account.
Intermediate Matwork: A class where there is more flow to the Pilates exercises. The pace is faster and you will be challenged technically.
Intermediate Springboard: A class where your strength is challenged using the springs on the Springboard. There's a greater focus on strength - and the exercises are more complex than in Basic.
