Pilates For Seniors

With age, the body needs more strength, stability and mobility. Senior Pilates is a gentle training programme that helps you keep your body strong, functional and balanced.

The class is particularly suitable if you experience arthritis, reduced mobility, lack of strength, incontinence or balance challenges.
We work at a calm pace where everyone can participate - and all exercises can be customised as needed.

You get:
  • Strength in back, hips, legs and abdomen

  • Better balance and coordination

  • increased mobility and less stiffness

  • A strong pelvic floor and deep stabilising muscles

  • Breathing and body awareness

You'll often experience a more upright posture, better stability and a lightness in your body after training.

You train in a small, regular class where the instructor follows you from session to session and ensures that the exercises are always right for you.

How many?
There is a maximum of 10 participants in the class, so we make sure you train safely and effectively. The class is suitable for both women and men.

Price: DKK 1,249 for 8 times.

You're only as old as your spine is flexible. If your spine is stiff at 30, you are old. If it is flexible at 60, you are young.
