Pilates For Seniors
With age, the body needs more strength, stability and mobility. Senior Pilates is a gentle training programme that helps you keep your body strong, functional and balanced.
The class is particularly suitable if you experience arthritis, reduced mobility, lack of strength, incontinence or balance challenges.
We work at a calm pace where everyone can participate - and all exercises can be customised as needed.

There is a maximum of 10 participants in the class, so we make sure you train safely and effectively. The class is suitable for both women and men.
