Pilates for pregnant women

As a pregnant woman, it's important that you move your body - but don't forget that you're getting to know a ”new body” and every step of the process should be based on a 'beginner's mindset'. As a pregnant woman, it can also feel like a challenge that your body is changing month by month. It should feel good to be in your body during your pregnancy - and you should like your body, even when it naturally changes along the way. We help and guide you with Pilates to strengthen your beautiful pregnant body - for all 9 months.

Closed class over 8 weeks

Pilates for Pregnant Women is a small closed class with up to 10 participants. The class is adapted to the changing body and mind. Pilates training and breathing awareness are great tools to bring with you during labour and will keep you feeling good throughout your pregnancy. Pilates both strengthens and flexibilises your body, and with a good dose of mindfulness, you will create a wonderful balance in body and mind.

As the class is small, there is time for individual guidance. Everyone can participate and everyone can benefit from the training.

Throughout the 8 weeks there will be a special focus on:

  • Stability and strength of back and shoulders, pelvis and feet.
  • Pelvic floor exercises, both as standalone exercises and integrated into your entire workout.
  • Vein pumping exercises.

If you choose to join our closed classes for pregnant women, you'll be well prepared for the new life that's on its way.

You'll also get our online pregnancy videos so you can train daily from home.

Online pregnancy training

Experience increased wellbeing during your pregnancy and get in the best possible shape for labour with our online pregnancy training.

As a pregnant woman, it's important to keep moving your body - but don't forget that as a pregnant woman you are getting to know a “new body” and every step of the process should be based on a ‘beginner's mindset’.

Everything you need: 
1 mat, 1 hand chain, 2 water bottles, 2 tennis balls.

Price:
For DKK 249 you get unlimited access to pregnancy training for 7 months.

Pilates is without a doubt the best and healthiest form of exercise I have ever done. Pilates training doesn't just stop when you leave your Pilates class. Very quickly, I have gained a body awareness that I can also use in my everyday life. The worst thing about Pilates is that you become addicted to it!
