Pain relief in the back

Read Tine's story about getting pain relief through Pilates.

- Painless back pain.
“After two major pelvic fractures in a riding accident two years ago, I've struggled with walking difficulties and daily pain. This winter I went skiing with my family anyway, but unfortunately I fell and fractured my tibia and tore an ACL. After my injuries, I've had a lot of pain and difficulty walking, which has been particularly noticeable in my back. Camilla suggested that alongside my rehabilitation with the physiotherapist, I should take some private Pilates classes for a while. As well as training at home with Pilates Cph's online training, where they offer really good, educational videos for all levels. I train what's called Back Training Level 1 - now I train online every day, alongside my private classes, and I have, for the first time in years, experienced painlessness in my back. A whole new world has opened up for me and I've been bitten by the Pilates bug. The instructors who always greet me with a smile and great professionalism. It's clear that they know what they're doing. My next goal is to start group training and I've just signed up for their Rehab Pilates.“
