Online Training
For only DKK 149, Pilates Cph comes to your home for 3 months.
Our 24 training videos give you all the tools you need to get the most out of your workout. The videos are made by physiotherapist and Pilates instructor Camilla Bækholm and relaxation educator and Pilates instructor Gitte Peirano.
With this Online Training programme, you get, among other things:
- Intro to Pilates
- Basic Pilates programmes
- Pilates programmes for advanced users
- Pilates for men
- Exercises for shoulder and neck
- Delicious massage with tennis balls
- Yoga
And many more videos.
Everything you need: 1 mat, 1 hand chain, 2 water bottles, 2 tennis balls (possibly a foam roller).
Online back training
For 199 kr. you get 4 months unlimited access to the training videos.
Our Online Back Training is organised by physiotherapist Camilla Bækholm and psychomotor therapist Gitte Peirano. You get 8 training videos that include effective training of the back and abdomen, as well as thorough guidance on how to use your back properly. So you not only get the exercises, but also the tools to get the most out of them and a thorough introduction to how to use your back in the best possible way.
Everything you need: 1 mat, 2 water bottles.
We have been helping customers with back problems on a daily basis for the past 15 years and have both the professional expertise and experience to help you!
Our goal is for you to get the most out of your training, so you can quickly and safely get rid of back pain and get fit without pain and discomfort. That's why we've developed a series of programmes that start gently and increase in intensity as your back and core muscles get stronger. You'll get a thorough introduction and good explanations of your exercises along the way.
We suggest that you spend some time on the introductory video and then train each programme for about two to four weeks before moving on to the next level. We encourage you to train at least three times a week.
The programmes are equally suitable for both men and women, young and old, suffering from mild to moderate recurring back problems.
Online pregnancy training
For DKK 199 you get unlimited access to pregnancy training for 7 months.

Get fit after giving birth in the comfort of your own living room
The postnatal training for those who have just given birth is organised by physiotherapist Camilla Bækholm and relaxation educator Gitte Peirano. Together we run Pilates Cph. For more than 15 years, we have successfully helped several women get back into good and strong shape after childbirth. With our professional background and experience, we give you the best conditions to get started safely and well.
With this online postnatal training programme, you get:
