Anne Marie Rothaus Juel

Anne Marie is a trained Matwork and Comprehensive instructor from Pilates Cph's own school, and is therefore responsible for thorough, challenging teaching, always with an eye for detail and the individual. Anne Marie likes to challenge the class and emphasises a consistent flow in all her classes.

Anne Marie has a solid healthcare background as a dentist and a broad knowledge of the body. She is also a trained architect, where body awareness and sensing is an important artistic tool that she feels Pilates helps to enhance.
