In just a few months, Pilates has changed Wilhelm's body

Wilhelm: “I feel good in my body in general” 

Pilates is a great way to train your muscles, become more flexible and increase your body awareness at the same time.

I was born with a crooked spine and have always been extremely stiff. So I've been trying to find a way to train my body to improve my back pain and the like.

I've tried yoga, physiotherapy and even downloaded training programmes from the internet. None of it has worked for me. I've always had very little flexibility and most yoga poses were completely impossible for me.

Even with many months of consistent training, I never really improved.

The exercises at home on the living room floor were impossible for me to stick to for a long time and always ended up disappearing from my routine.

I've been doing Pilates for a few months now and the improvements have been huge. My posture has improved, my neck and back pain has almost completely disappeared. I feel good in my body in general.

Pilates is tough and challenging, but it's also possible to participate even if you're stiff and out of shape. It's a great workout that I would recommend to everyone.
