When you use our website

When you shop with us
When you book or purchase services through our system, we process your name, address, phone number and email.

Purpose: To deliver our services and communicate with you about your membership, booking and any changes.

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (necessary to fulfil a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in managing memberships, bookings and sending relevant information).

 

Storage and sharing

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable laws.

Personal data is shared with our booking provider Yogo and third-party services for analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram).
