You can combine the instructor programme with other courses, but you can also follow our lead and make Pilates your career. You'll get all the theory you need, and if you take the time to study and practice everything we teach you, you'll have a solid background and a good springboard to a future as a highly specialised instructor - you just need to have the interest and commitment.

With the Comprehensive Cph™ programme, you get an education according to international standards, developed by Pilates Cph in collaboration with two of the world's leading Pilates teachers, Cara Reeser and Maria Earle. They are both highly specialised 2nd generation teachers and long-time mentors and sparring partners for Pilates Cph. Our programmes are structured more like a study than a course. Therefore, you should expect to spend a lot of time and energy on the programme. You'll spend time training, practising with your group and diving into the theory and practice of Pilates.
