Would you like to get back in shape - fast? Becoming a mum is wonderful, yet getting back into shape can feel a little overwhelming. Did you know that Pilates is the best way to get back in shape after giving birth?

The little darlings are generally not part of the training programme, but they are of course always welcome. And if they need a nap, we have room for prams in the courtyard.
Matwork Afterbirth
In our Matwork Afterbirth class, you will be guided and helped through a thorough and carefully planned 8-week programme that makes you strong and teaches you how to use your pelvic floor correctly in function with the body's other muscles.
In our postnatal classes, we focus on rehabilitating you from the inside out, even if you have split abdominal muscles (rectus diastasis). You get both focused training and guidance on what to pay attention to in everyday life, giving you the best conditions for improving the function of your connective tissue and muscles after childbirth.
A good functional pelvic floor that holds tight during activity such as running, jumping and walking requires a thorough and systematic rehabilitation of your entire body from the pelvic floor and your inner abdominal muscles to your outer, visible muscles.
In short: You get a targeted programme that rehabilitates you from the inside out. Training in the postnatal classes is organised and supervised by a physiotherapist and relaxation educator.
You'll also get our online postnatal training videos so you can train daily from home.
In the postnatal training, we use a lot of Pilates equipment and tools to help you deepen your workout and challenge your muscles. For example: Springboards, Barrels, Magic Circles, Foam Rolls, balls, yoga blocks, elastic bands and weights. This ensures effective and varied rehabilitation after childbirth.
You can start our Postnatal class 6-8 weeks after giving birth. The class is for everyone, whether you've tried Pilates before or not.
REFORMER / TOWER AFTERBIRTH
Reformer/Tower postnatal training in a small exclusive class with only 4 participants. We are continuously creating new classes.
This class is ideal for those who have already attended our Matwork postnatal class. You've mastered your squats and how to use your abdominal muscles correctly.
Get fit after giving birth in these small, almost private classes with space for both you and your baby. The small classes allow time to focus on you and your needs so you can get fit and safe after labour.
The reformer is designed to increase your strength and flexibility, but can also be graduated so that you can focus on your pelvic floor training while you exercise. This way you will achieve effective and safe results. This class is for those who want more challenges in Pilates and don't want to compromise on their postnatal training.
