By chance, I started Pilates after the birth of my eldest son. Little did I realise at the time that it would become a form of exercise that I couldn't let go of.
Pilates gives me a full body workout to make my body stronger and more flexible. It's also a good counterbalance to poor posture and has given me a body awareness that helps me in my daily life.
At Pilates Cph, I train in small classes and with skilled and inspiring instructors who always have an eye for individual adjustments and explanations so that the exercises are performed optimally.
It's a workout you'll never finish, because you can always improve and find another muscle you never knew you had.
