Pilates in Copenhagen since 2008

Not just training - a method that creates real change in your body

Do you want to practice Pilates - and understand your body at the same time?

You'll find us in the heart of Copenhagen at Nørregade 26.

With us, you train in small groups (max. 10 participants) or individually. Either way, there's time to see you and customise the training to your body.

You won't just be guided through exercises, you'll learn how your body works - and what it takes to change it.

We offer everything in Pilates

Our instructors are highly trained and dedicated, and our greatest strength is strengthening the body and moving your body towards the strongest version of itself.

Pilates is still one of the most effective ways to strengthen the body and improve posture. It combines strength, flexibility and control in a way that produces results for everyone. Many people experience discomfort or pain in the body on a daily basis. With Pilates, you can alleviate most body discomfort.

Collaboration partners

To optimise your training, we collaborate with the professional team at Frederiksberg Osteopathy. While Pilates is physical exercise that meets your needs, your osteopath can find the underlying causes of imbalances in the body. Together with your osteopath, we tailor a programme for you to improve your training and find your way to a pain-free body in balance.

To optimise your training and health, we partner with Valida Health.
Whereas in Pilates we work with the body through targeted and customised training, Valida helps you get an overview of your health through thorough analysis and personal guidance.
When data and movement go hand in hand, it creates a strong foundation for lasting health and balance.

If your spine is stiff at 30, you are old. If it is flexible at 60, you are young.

Pilates Cph has been the perfect choice for me. I have really enjoyed diving into Classical Pilates, which in my opinion is most important when it comes to Pilates knowledge. Both Gitte and Camilla have been fantastic teachers who have shown great knowledge and passion for Pilates. They are both very nice people who radiate good energy and calmness. The atmosphere has been great and relaxed, which has been really important to me as I lead a busy life on the side.

Not a bad word about physiotherapy, fitness, massage, chiropractic, yoga, surgery and painkillers. I've been struggling with a herniated disc for 15 years and have tried it all with varying degrees of success. But I have to say that my private classes at Pilates Cph have done something for my back that nothing else has. I don't believe in miracles, but with Pilates we come pretty close
